This model with a front-lift system allows for better use of small spaces. It features a V-channel grill and a grease collector.
The V-shaped channel with grease collector allows for efficient drainage of juices and fats during cooking, directing them to a central point in a controlled manner. Some smaller parts are easily assembled following clear instructions and using basic tools, while all the main elements come pre-assembled.

Tension Cable / Material: High-strength braided stainless steel. It is fixed at both ends of the grill, passes through upper pulleys or guides, and is wound around the steering wheel shaft.

1. Modular iron made of iron
Flat surface ideal for cooking foods that cannot be placed directly on the grills, such as vegetables, seafood, fish, eggs or cheeses.
Iron distributes heat evenly and allows for a perfect seal of food, keeping it juicy.
2. Paella base (8 to 16 people)
Accessory designed to hold large capacity paella pans directly over the coals.
It allows you to prepare authentic paellas for medium and large groups, combining Argentine barbecue with Valencian culinary tradition.
3. Provolone set
Modular stand that accommodates the cast iron provolone cheese grater, used to prepare provolone and other melted cheeses. It's a classic accompaniment to Argentinian barbecues, ideal as an appetizer or tapa.
4. Grills made of 8 mm round rod.
5. Poker and shovel set
It includes essential tools for handling the coals, rearranging the fire, and keeping the cooking area in optimal condition during grilling.
